As a U.S. Air Force veteran, PMP, and MBA graduate in AI and Leadership, he brings experience leading AI, cloud, automation, and operational improvement initiatives across complex environments.
At ElevAItion, Marcus leads strategy, discovery, partnerships, and customer success. He works with clients to understand where time is being lost, where automation can create the most value, and how AI can support real business growth.

Chris co-founded ElevAItion to build AI systems that are simple, reliable, and useful in the real world. With 17 years in enterprise financial services, he brings deep experience in automation, reporting, fraud operations, quality, dashboards, and process improvement, built in an environment where systems have to be right the first time.
At ElevAItion, Chris leads systems and implementation. He designs the workflows, integrations, testing, and backend logic that turn client needs into working automations their teams can own, understand, and use every day.
