Introduction
ElevAItion Inc. ("ElevAItion," "we," "us," or "our") operates elevaition.ai and the websites and funnels we host for our clients under this policy's scope. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of elevaition.ai and, where noted, to sites we build and manage for our clients.
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any message content you submit through a contact form, discovery call booking, or chat widget on our site.
Information collected automatically: when you visit our site, we and our vendors automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with the site. This information is collected through cookies and tracking pixels, described below.
We also use a website visitor identification service, RB2B. When you visit our site, RB2B may match your visit to publicly available professional information, such as your name, job title, company, professional profile, and a business email address where available. We use this to understand which businesses and professionals are interested in our services. See Cookies and Tracking Technologies below for how to opt out.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies in four categories:
- Essential: required for the site to function. These cannot be turned off.
- Functional: remember your preferences and support features like chat and scheduling.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the site.
- Advertising: support retargeting and ad measurement through the vendors listed below.
On your first visit, a cookie consent banner lets you accept all cookies, reject everything but the essential ones, or customize your choices by category. Analytics cookies and advertising pixels, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel, do not load until you provide consent. One exception: our visitor identification service, RB2B, loads when you arrive on the site, before you make a choice in the banner. You can opt out of visitor identification at any time by choosing "Reject non-essential" in the banner, by turning off Advertising in Cookie settings, or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser. Once you opt out, RB2B will not load on later page views or visits. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the site footer.
Vendors we currently use for tracking, advertising, and visitor identification: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Inc.), Google Ads and Google Analytics (Google LLC), RB2B (website visitor identification), and GoHighLevel (forms, scheduling, and chat widget). Each vendor processes the data it collects under its own privacy terms in addition to this policy. We will update this list when the vendors we use change.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule and manage calls and appointments, operate and improve our site, measure and run advertising campaigns, understand how visitors find and use our services, and identify businesses and professionals who visit our site so we can reach out about our services by email or on professional networking platforms. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
How We Share Your Information
We use the vendors listed above only as needed to operate the site, deliver our services, run advertising, and measure results. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never used for these purposes; see SMS and Mobile Messaging below.
We may also share information where required by law, in response to valid legal process, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request a copy of it, request correction or deletion, and opt out of targeted advertising and visitor identification. You can opt out of visitor identification yourself at any time as described in Cookies and Tracking Technologies, or ask us to delete visitor identification data we hold about you using Contact Us below.
We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request where required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, contact us using the information in Contact Us below. We will verify your request against the information we hold before acting on it, and we will respond within the timeframe your jurisdiction requires. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Sensitive Information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as precise geolocation, government identification numbers, or health information, through this site. If a feature ever requires collecting precise geolocation, we will ask for your opt in consent first.
Data Retention
We keep the information described in this policy for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and support the purposes described above, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The Last updated date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
SMS and Mobile Messaging
How we collect your number. We collect your mobile number only when you give it to us and check the SMS consent box: through the chat widget or intake form on this site, when you book a call, or during a client engagement. Consent is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any service from ElevAItion.
How we use it. We use your number to send messages related to your inquiry: replies to your questions, discovery call scheduling and reminders, onboarding, and account and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices. Text STOP to (945) 777-4350 at any time to unsubscribe, and we will confirm by text. Text HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@elevaition.ai or (945) 777-4350. You can also ask us to update or delete your information using Contact Us below.
No sharing of SMS opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
