Use of This Site
This site and its content belong to ElevAItion Inc. You may view and use it for your own reference. You may not copy, resell, or republish any part of it without our written permission. You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system connected to it.
Our Services
ElevAItion designs, builds, and runs AI systems and automation for businesses. Any specific engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between ElevAItion and the client. Nothing on this website is an offer to enter a contract; it is a description of what we do.
SMS Messaging Terms
ElevAItion Inc.
- When you opt in, ElevAItion Inc. sends text messages related to your inquiry: replies to your questions, discovery call scheduling and reminders, onboarding, and account and project updates.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (945) 777-4350. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@elevaition.ai or (945) 777-4350.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any service from ElevAItion.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, submit information through it, or opt in to our SMS program.
